- 4 tbsp chipotle mayo
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- Crispy fried onions to preference

Notes
- Marinating the chicken thighs for longer (up to overnight) is best, but even 15 minutes works.
- Bring the chicken thighs to room temperature before frying to avoid them becoming chewy.
