- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Carrot sticks, for serving
- Celery sticks, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and position a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, coat the chicken wings with vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the wings evenly on the prepared baking sheet
- Bake the wings for 50 to 60 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they achieve a golden, crispy exterior.
- While the wings are baking, mix the hot sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in the butter until melted.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the homemade buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.
- Return the coated wings to the rack and broil on low for 3 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing and fresh veggie sticks.
